Do you ship nationally/internationally
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be calculated after you place your order. One of our team members will contact you to arrange shipping outside of Ontario, Canada.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our units are custom made to your specifications and usually take 4-6 weeks for production and delivery. Contact us for up to date lead/production times!
How fast does the Barracuda X2 cool down/heat up?
The X2 boasts a high-powered 1HP chiller/heater that works between 3-4 times faster than the competition. It can chill or heat water at an impressive rate of approximately 10 degrees Celsius per hour, though the actual cool down time depends on the starting water temperature and ambient air temperature.
How much electricity does the X2 use?
The electricity usage can be influenced by various factors; however, on the whole, we anticipate costs to remain below $1 per day.
How do you keep the water clean?
Equipped with a robust filtration system, the X2 utilizes a 20-micron filter to effectively trap dirt, hair, and debris, ensuring crystal-clear water. The automatic Ozone system naturally maintains water cleanliness. For added assurance, we recommend weekly usage of a non-chlorine sanitizer like the Sirona line of products.
What Is The Warranty?
We offer a 2-year limited warranty on the tub and frame of the X2, and a 1-year limited warranty on the chiller unit. We stand by our products and will always work to resolve any issue you have in the fastest time possible.
Exclusions include damage from neglected filter care, freezing conditions, power outages, low water flow, misuse, or abuse.
